Hi everyone - well, I guess there were plenty of more urgent things with beat's run bearing down on us than working over the tels tech plan for this LOOPS meeting.
I notice some recent edits to the TELS tech planning site, so I tried to add those links in. And Hiroki at least looked over the short term plan. We'll see if this becomes a point of discussion at today's meeting - maybe we'll circumnavigate without ever going deeply into the plan.
