i am using Eclipse 3.4.0. I fixed this by right clicking on the PLR  
project > Java Compiler > Errors/Warnings. I changed "Forbidden  
Reference (access rules) to warning".

i tried to do from the libraries tab.  but i had to make some werid  
pattern access rule thing.
