The PLR and author runtime seem to look fine. They don't throw any
exceptions during mvn install and Eclipse hasn't marked them with any kind
of errors.
I didn't open any of the projects until after I started running into
problems. I have not tried the clean option in Eclipse-- should I? Should
I clean everything and then mvn install again?
