The otrunk/examples jnlp is built from the maven deployed jars. So if you are seeing stuff in there that you don't see locally, then your local classes are out of date.
I'd guess your maven snapshots are out of date. If you are using the latest m2eclipse plugin, then you can right click on the project and under the maven option -> update snapshots. If you are still seeing the other problems, can you make sure your launcher is checked in. And then provide step by step directions on how to duplicate the problems.
