I'm in the middle of an Adobe Connect conference with the SCY technical group (about 10 people) , where they are talking about how to make progress next week in the SCY developers workshop. jakob is just presenting the progress he's made with the portal and Roolo, as well as the latest on metadata schemes. There are general questions about SAIL materials, otrunk, etc.
I said we were trying to make a short "executive summary" page that aims at conveying various dimensions of our project, including the various tools and materials we are bringing to the community (impossible to see these anywhere, at present). This was the wiki page I suspected would be necessary. Could I get a couple volunteers to go into this page? Just 5 - 10 minutes to help flesh it out - maybe Concord and Toronto (Rokham) could go in first since they are east coast time, and then berkeley. Toronto will try to tidy it up, but can't really make the first edit. This is the kind of page that doesn't exist in any of our messy wikis, and can really help in terms of expressing our group to the wider community. I'm not sure I got all the headers right, etc - so feel free to morph: http://www.encorewiki.org/display/encoretemp/SCY-SAIL+technology+connections j --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAIL-Dev" group.
