Hey Aaron,
The plr-everything-jdic-otrunk-nlogo3-snapshot.jnlp doesn't seem to use
the latest PLR. Can you see why it's not? I've tried looking at the pom
files but couldn't figure anything out. It always seems to use
<jar href="org/telscenter/pas-learner-runtime/pas-learner-runtime.jar"
version="0.4.3-20081028.141325-1346"/>
