Hi Jim, You are looking at the dev portal, which has the latest code, but is not the most reliable because the codebase gets updated weekly.
The production portal, wise3.berkeley.edu (which currently redirects to wise3.telscenter.org), should be more reliable. Its codebase gets updated every 2~3 weeks.
