I'm just updating my PLR project after a few months. And I'm seeing
lots of bluej specific stuff now in the project. It would be better if
this stuff was in another project which depended on the PLR.
CC is using the PLR for the loops project and we are not using bluej so
we really would like to avoid making people download its extra stuff.
Also a few other things that seem to be old cruft:
mysql-connector-java - is anything needing this anymore?
bouncycastle:bcmail-jdk14 - what is this, and what is using it?
