Pinging everyone to keep the ball rolling on this.  The goal here is to let
other people know what software is available for them to use in their
research and perhaps teaching.
Please add your projects to the list,

If you don't have the time or inclination to add yours to the list, that
would be good to know.  In that case, please just reply to this with a quick
message saying that the list isn't something you have time for.  If you have
any suggestions for alternatives, please include those.
