I thought Luna as a Senshi was a bad idea, but that was mostly because
it raised so many questions, like why there's a Sailoe Luna and a Sailor
Moon, whether she's meant to supplement or take the place of Chibi-Moon, why
she wears a wig in daily life when everyone else isn't, etc. But I don't
like wanna kill her or anything. *shrugs* I'm pretty much indifferent.
The one I do wanna kill is that awful Hama Chisaki/Rika/whatever name
she likes now and that thing she played. . . whatever it was, it was
definitely NOT Ami-chan :-( . I can't understand how anyone could like her,
unless they were people who hated Ami-chan in the anime or manga. Having to
watch Hama-san, especially for eps that focused on her, makes me physically
ill :-( .
Makoto was the total opposite for me, as I usually really dislike her,
but I liked her in the live show. I think her personality wasn't quite as
conflicted there, as she didn't seem to be struggling quite as much with
gender roles. She played up the loner role a bit more, too, which is
actually a good thing.
The baddie I liked best was Zoisite, whom I had a soft spot for already
in the anime, but that was increased with the cool hair and music attacks
and everything. I wish he'd been in love with Kunzite like in the anime,
but since the live show was supposed to be more manga-like, I should've
figured that wouldn't happen :-P .
To me, evil Hama Chisaki is redundant, but I can at least say her evil
costume was kinda cool-looking. Unfortunately, the evil-ness is just
another one of the reasons why she's so OOC-- the real Ami-chan wouldn't go
all evil, I'm sure. Of course, since there is so little Hama-san does that
actually is IC, I guess no-one should be surprised :-P .
The idea of more series, I would have mixed feelings about. After how
they mutilated poor Ami-chan, I don't think I would trust them with my other
beloved charas :-( . If they can't undo the damage they've done, they
should at least leave well enough alone so as not to mess things up any
more.

>>WORST SUPPORTING SOLDIER - Luna (human form). Oh, gad, didn't you just
>>want to choke her?! And we thought we'd escape Chibiusa in this
>>series! Even her transformation made you want to scream.
>
> I *really* liked her fights with Kunzite, though.
>
>>SAILOR MOST IMPROVED FROM ANIME VERSION - Mercury. This took some
>>thought. But yeah, she does much better in the live action version.
>>Too bad she was virtually forgotton about as the series went on.
>
>>SAILOR LEAST IMRPOVED FROM THE ANIME VERSION - Jupiter. Well, the
>>problem here is that everyone got an improvement except for Jupiter.
>>Seems someone forgot about her. Too bad. I liked her.
>
>>BEST ENEMY - Kunzite. Oh, I was really rooting for Nephrite as I have
>>a soft spot for him from the anime, but Kunzite was definately the
>>funnest character. I just wanted to see more of him.
>
>>BEST SUBPLOT - Mercury's takeover. Oh yeah. That really piered the
>>Sailor's seeming impenetrable shield and made everything seem less
>>secure. Opened thing up for later, the audience knowing that nothing
>>is safe anymore.
>
> DarkMerury was a fascinating, if kind of limited, character. A
> nerdly outcast whose bad side was suddenly given free rein.
>
> And DarkAmi had much better clothing sense than NormalAmi. ^_^
>
>>BEST CANDIDATE FOR A SECOND SEASON - Tie between S and Stars. S, even
>>though it is just a carbon copy of the steal-energy plots, has Tomoe
>>and the Outers. I'm just dying to see what they would do with the
>>characters of the Outers. perhaps give Uranus some military
>>intelligence. Certainly Saturn and Pluto would come off better, being
>>one dimensional in the anime. Stars, though being a mess until half
>>way though, has a very intereting idea in the Sailor Wars. That would
>>be a great idea for a second season.
