I know this is a reply to an old topic, but I was always under the impression that Uranus and Neptune didn't even know each other in the Silver Mileniumm. Each of them had their posts and were forbidden to leave; they were just as isolated as Sailor Pluto was at the Time Gate. (When Sailor Moon asks about their previous lives in the manga, Uranus' reply is that it was very lonely.)
Haruka certainly didn't seem to have any old recollections of Princess Neptune when she was awakened in modern Tokyo either - she just knew that both of them used to be the princesses of their respective planets and they needed to find the Talismans. (Whereas the Inner Senshi remembered being friends with each other and Sailor Moon, since they all interacted on a daily basis.) So in responce to the original question, I don't think Princess Uranus had any romantic interests. I think any human interaction at all would have been nice for her. Every time I've approached the characters during the Sivler Mileniumm in fanfics, I've made them totally unfamiliar with each other until they meet to summon Sailor Saturn.
