I'd say, good news, sorta, as well as just another pricey ( $60 ) Halloween costume. It helps promote the Sailor Moon comics that are coming out now - Moon 1 and Sailor V 1, I think - and I'm pretty sure these costumes were around back when SM first aired on Cartoon Network, however many years ago that was, as part of the big SM fad. So it's not a bad thing by American Halloween costume standards; some American stuff today is way more strange/interesting/ecchi than this is. And it might help promote an unlicensed show well liked in its niche, as well as the comic. Nothing bad about it, particularly.
