If one has no humanness or humanity, what is the significance of the physical
form? Why have a fan if the house has no current? The physical form is the
fan; humanness is the current that can make it meaningful. And what exactly is
humanness? Compassion, sympathy, fortitude, tolerance, broad-heartedness and
love – these constitute the real man.
Once Swami after a session of Bhajans with the Boys in Brindavan said the
Following words :
What is the difference between a singer and a song? Singer is conscious of the
people listening to him. Singer is conscious of the previous singer. And the
singer is also thoughtful of the next singer. The singer aims to be No..1 for
that bhajan session. He is just an ordinary singer. But a listener, who joins in
chorus, singing in joy, not thinking of the singer at all, thinks of the song.
He becomes the song himself. That is Divine. Be a song and not a singer.

Once Swami said most Wonderfully :
Do Bhajans everyday, Everybody should sing Bhajans loudly and with a full
throated Voice, Why should anyone feel shy in singing God's name, Why should
you feel shy or afraid of chanting God's name. In the olden Days, the Rishis in
the Forest even during Meditation used to chant The Lord's name very loudly so
that everything around gets
purified. Never fear in singing Bhajan's Loudly.
Annamacharya used to sing melodiously and very loudly, when People used
to question him he said "I sing for My Lord to hear and not for you", Swami
always sings loudly, Have you ever seen me singing Bhajans slowly and softly.
When you sing Bhajans with a full throated Voice and with Devotion everything
and everybody around you gets purified and the Lord's name gets spread
everywhere. Swami wants all of you to sing Bhajans loudly
and clearly and with full devotion, When you do seva you are straining
youreslf physically, But Singing Bhajans only means singing loudly which is
easy for everyone.Bhajans gives everyone a chance to talk to the Lord.

Bhagawan once said so Beautifully :
I have no devotees. You may describe yourselves as Sathya Saidevotees. I
am Myself a devotee! Whose devotee? A devotee of those who claim to be My
devotees. My duty is to fulfill their desires. I belong to you and you belong
to Me. Understand and strengthen this relationship. This is My sole desire.

Once Swami said :
I do not have any worry. When I embarked on the construction of such a
big hospital (the super Specialty Hospital) Joga Rao used to say, "We are
drawing up such a gigantic plans. We don't have enough money. How we are going
to construct this hospital?" He was highly apprehensive. I told him, "What we
are undertaking is good work for the welfare of others. There is no selfishness
in Me. We are doing everything for the well-being of the world. Do not give
room for these depressing thoughts. It is bound to come up. Have this
confidence".
