Meditation is nothing else but rising above desires.
Do not get attached to worldly things and pursuits.
Be in the world, but do not let the world be in you.
Have no desire to place before God.
Real Peace of mind has no ups and downs; it cannot be partial in
adversity and whole in prosperity.
However high a bird may soar, it has sooner or later to perch on a tree
top, to enjoy quiet.
