MANAGER – ASSURANCE / INTERNAL AUDIT
Position Reporting to: Head of the Function.
(who in turn reports to Chairman of the Group)
Function:Routine: - Assisting Head
of the function in
developing Audit plans.
- Carry out periodic audits with emphasis on adding value to organization
in – Enterprise Risk Management, Governance & control processes.
- Discuss recommendations with unit head and others.
- Drafting simple but effective reports.
- Post implementation follow ups.
Non-routine: - Financial and commercial analysis of
Businesses.
- Annual budgets analysis of Group companies
- Spot checks etc.
Qualification & Experience: A Chartered Accountant with
about
3-5 yrs experience preferably in leading audit firms / industry.
Experience in handling a small team of auditors.
Additional qualification like CISA preferred.
Age:
28-33 years.

b. Age between 27 to 35 years with at least 5 years experience in a senior
accountant role.
c. Must have capability of handling the finance department independently
d. Should look at a long term career with the company given its stolid
Omani background
e. Will be paid around OR 1000 gross to start with and then scaled up
quickly if found matching expectations
f. Not gender specific
2. A C.A. with 8 to 10 years' experience to head the accounts function of a
small software product company (about 10 million dollars) in Hyderabd bought
over by a large venture capitalist who wants to grow it and list it in a few
years' time - salary comparable to that experience band plus stock-ops. Person
with software industry experience only.
