Once Swami was asked as to "How One could come Closer to Swami ?
Bhagawan's Divine Reply was :
"To be closer to me you have to do Athma vichara. Initially you must
obtain the knowledge of MBA :
M-MIND
B-BODY
A-ATHMA
Here You are an ordinary worldly man. Do all your wordly Duties properly.
Then slowly you will be promoted to MA :
M-MIND
A-ATHMA
When Youcome to this stage, you will not give any sort of importance to
body level and even cannot recognise the transformation from MBA to MA.Here all
duties and worldy thoughts will go away from you.
Then on continuing the Sadhana you will be promoted to A :
A-ATHMA
Here there is only Athma is , No Mind and No Body, This stage is called
as Samadhi in Vedantha..
In This Stage all you can see is ME, Then the wonderful Realisation comes
that "You and Me are One", When You become one with ME, That is the Highest
State. I AND THE SUPREME ARE ONE.
