The non-stop 87-hour all-religion bhajan programme, organised by Sri Sathya Sai 
Seva Sangathan Allahabad and Uttarakhand, is being held at Mathur Vaisya 
Dharmshala of Mumforgunj. It is being held as a prelude to 87th birthday 
celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.


Spreading the message of love, truthfulness, non-violence, peace and 
co-existence, hundreds of devotees started singing the all-religion bhajans at 
5am on Thursday.


The programme will conclude at 8pm on Sunday with the mahamangal arti of Baba.


The programme was inaugurated by Rajeev Chopra, president, Sri Sathya Sai Seva 
Organization, UP and Uttarakhand. Besides bhajan programme, a daily Narayan 
Seva is going on to feed leprosy patients, orphanages, and physically 
handicapped children. The message of 'Love all serve all' by Sri Sathya Sai 
Baba is being spread through bhajans and seva activities of Sri Sathya Sai Seva 
Organisation.


Zonal coordinator Gopal Tiwari said the programme is being organised to spread 
the teachings of Baba.


Devotees from different cities of the state including Lucknow, Kanpur, 
Ghaziabad, Mirzapur, Sonbhandra, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Moradabad have 
arrived to take part in the bhajans.


Tiwari said apart from the bhajan programmes, an exhibition on Sai Baba's 
teaching is also being organized.
