the Flushing Sai Center in New York on 20 Nov 2011.
Dr. S. Kumar, one of the foremost student Bhajan singers, joined Swami's
college in 1984 for his Masters in Mathematics and PhD at the Department of
Mathematics and Computer Science, Sri Sathya Sai University, Prasanthi Nilayam
campus.
As a student Dr. Kumar was an integral part of many music programs and dramas
performed in Bhagawan's presence. Our beloved Swami Himself taught Dr. Kumar
the art of singing and acting, including more than a dozen songs penned and
composed by the Divine Master. He acted as Mother Radha in Bhagawan's 60th
birthday drama by Sai students. He has organized many alumni music programs and
devotional singing workshops across the USA.
