Below is a beautiful incident narrated by a Dear Sai Brother many years ago..

Once Swami had called us for an interview. One of the brothers said to Swami,
"Swami, please define Spirituality in one sentence."

Swami replied, "True spirituality is to love all and serve all"

We were not so happy with the answer as it seemed to be a routine one... or so
it seemed..

Then Swami said suddenly, "But, before loving others, you have to Love yourself
first. This means that you shouldn't have any bad habits and bad thoughts about
yourself first and you should be very much self confident that you should Love
yourself to the fullest. For that to happen, you should be perfect in
everything. This is Sadhana. Sadhana does not mean Namasmarana, offering
worships etc. If you could love yourself completely, you can also Love others
completely.This is Sadhana."

What an answer! Do we really love ourselves fully? Are we sure that there is no
quality in us which we detest?.

Let us all think about it.
