You seek refuge in the lotus feet of the Lord. Do not mind any amount of suffering of the physical body. Even a small help done to an old woman that you come across on the way is service. Do not ever think, “What do I gain by helping this woman?” There is great merit even in such a small service. There is no greater Sadhana than service to the fellow human beings.
