In Man three transformations are necessary, that are indicated by the letters SAI. "S" stands for spiritual change; "A" stands for associational change (society); and "I" stands for individual change. With the changes in these three the country too would change. Without individual transformation society cannot change and if society doesn't change, spirituality cannot develop.
