Your attitude to God should not be based on the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of petty desires. You must feel that whatever happens to you is for your own good. You must have the firm belief that whether your wishes are fulfilled or not, nothing harmful will happen to you. Be firm in your faith in weal and woe. Develop an optimistic attitude towards life. When there is a glass half full of water, the optimist is glad to see the water in it while the pessimist is sorry it is half empty. One must recognize both the truths. (SSS.
