THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as written at Prasanthi Nilayam Today
There is immeasurable strength and great power within us. Today, we have
many satellites which go into space. Who created them? It is our scientists.
How did they achieve this? This is because of the power that is already
manifest in them. They worked hard and further developed that capability in
them, and then the power to achieve the goal manifested. So too, if you develop
that power through hard work, you too can accomplish great things. In every
being, there is complete Divine Power. How can we use that power to attain God?
Assume there is a small drop of water. When under hot Sun, it evaporates within
a moment. However if you pour these few drops of water into the sea, they merge
and become one with the ocean. So too, with adequate effort, if you lose your
individual identity to the Supreme, then you too merge in Him and become One
