Grounding is our Spiritual connection to Mother Earth
Being Grounded means we can Clean our illness with Mother Earth's help.
It also means we can hold much more Divine Grace and Spiritual Light within.
  .
Why do Masters say "Accept Good fortune & Bad fortune equally ?

.............Every Trauma we suffer, affects our Grounding too !!
This issue also carries on, in subsequent life times too.

GROUNDING INTO MOTHER EARTH

..
The more grounded we are, the more the Divine light we HOLD.
......Being ungrounded and doing spiritual practices is like becoming
............a Loose Cannon gun, firing energy shots at everyone around us.
...............This is certainly not good for our Karma !
When we are ungrounded every trauma we suffer shoots out us
like a Cannon bullet into others around us!
This is what happens to Spiritual Mantra Energy.
,
Ungrounded it leaves us, hurting others around
Grounded it stays within us making us more divine
.
...................... Chakra Meditation is a must, a few times a week.
Chakras can be also strengthened by www.kriya.org meditation.
Baba says that many of our Mental & Health problems are also due to weak
grounding.
........Barefoot walking helps into deeper grounding, but we have become so used
to wearing Exotic footwear we have forgotten the beauty of walking on
 Mother earth,
& we are further hindered by weather too :

"LANG" pronounced LUNG Mantra for base chakra every day
is very important
My Guru said before any spiritual work is undertaken 25 alternate nostril
breathing balances the brain and Kundalini network.
The mantra for alternate nostril is

Inhalation breath "SO"

Exhalation breath "HUM"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This Mantra is chanted silently. Take a slow, deep and sustained breath as if
you are doing it from the base of the spine to your crown and say to yourself
'so'.
Example: Sooooooooooooooooo....

The breath that you inhale starts at the Muladhara Chakra (base of the spine)
and ends in Brahma Randhra (the top of the head, anterior fontanel area). As
you breath in and say 'so, your chest expands and the Prana (life force) rises
from below.

When you are done with inspiration and the silent mental chanting of 'so', you
exhale the breath with the silent mental sound 'Hum'.

Example: Hummmmmmmmmmmmm....
Exhalation is from the top of the head to the base of the spine in a slow,
steady and sustained manner.

The duration of inhalation and exhalation is according to your comfort level.
You may do this for ten minutes each session twice a day
I bless you always
