Self awareness is the expansive growth of the spiritual heart. One becomes free of fear when one puts all his efforts toward Self inquiry. When you draw strength from within your Self, you shall realize that there is an unending stream of energy that keeps rising from within only to fall into your hands. The Self is a reservoir of peace....... it holds the hand of contentment and is drawn to the purity of love. Even in the worldly pursuits one is seeking the contentment that is already within him. You are always looking for that which is beyond your each........ when in reality all that you can ever need is within you........ at all times. Self transformation is instantaneous......... one wastes time in trying to deny and defy what needs to be changed about his false perceptions. When one realizes what he is holding onto is false, it is then that he encounters the treasures of truth that had remained silent within his own self. This is no time to look back and say, "There is too much to do........ can I do this........ can I undo every thought I have thought........ can I forget the fears that live within me........ can I break the chains of convenient habits that secure my desires........ can I forgive myself for the intended wrongs?" Instead of trying to wipe the past, you have to create the new moment in which the splendor of truth surrounds you........ Believe in the moment that has brought to you the golden light of transformation....... You do not need to please anyone....... just turn toward the positive spirit of your Self....... Once you have made the turn toward the right and have made a firm resolve to follow that way…… then the ghosts of the past shall no more cross your path and call your name........
