When you stare at The ripples in a flowing river It creates an illusion of movement. You feel yourself move Along with the direction of the water. When you close your eyes and open them again, You find yourself standing in the same place. You had not moved at all! It was only an illusion. In the same way, When you concentrate on this world, Your outer senses, inner senses, desires and ego, Move in the direction of this unreality or Maya. But when you close your eyes and meditate, On the form of the Lord, you find That your inner true self has not moved. It remains stationary and stays unchanged. Any illusion can become a reality, Any reality an illusion. So stay inward. Discover reality. And be untouched by this illusion.
