A fear is a misunderstanding of truth and an understanding given to illusion. Your mind must be immersed in the principles of truth........... then only shall you handle the birth of sudden fears with poise and grace. You must not deny fear when you have experienced it within your self........... If you do you shall only fear the "fear"within you even more........... The very admittance to yourself, "I am in fear" shall give you the strength to free yourself from it! It is not that you have to be bold to face your fears.......... you have to be bold to apply with faith the principles of truth that have inspired you and have believed in. Even the one closest to you cannot release you from your fears........... You have begun the game of fears ......... you alone can end it! Do not wait until the moment that you begin to pity yourself and despair the thoughts that overwhelm you.......... At the onset of fear you have to immediately begin reasoning what peace really is........ The moment you begin fearing you have lost your peace........ You have lost your peace because you have lost faith in your Self............ First you must return to the principles of truth....... With the joy that arises from its simplicity and goodness you have to strengthen your faith back to your Self......... With that strength you shall experience the peace you had lost........ The moment you become aware of peace you shall be able to witness the thought that brought you fear......... The very moment of witnessing the fear shall make you detached from the fear.......... Stand on the ground of peace........... The greatest gift is the peace and contentment you have within your heart........ Do not get tempted and compromise that gift for anything........... The mind shall dream the worldly ways but you must choose the heart always.......... The fear of being happier than happy is an illusion My dears..........
