Let your thoughts, words and actions be
In synchrony with each other. If they are not, then be aware. For within you lies a wolf, That is to be hunted and killed. Let your mind be totally focused on Me. This will limit other thoughts That will hold you back spiritually. Let your lips chant My name. Let them sing the name of the Lord in praise. Let them soothe others With soft speech and loving words. And lastly. but not the least, let your hands be busy. Let them carry out their tasks With a sense of duty and love. Let them serve others, let them stroke with love. This is the synchrony we want to develop. It is nothing but a formula to purify yourselves. In this state your mind is not agitated. Your heart is full of the nectar of love. In this stillness of peace, There will be only Me! Me! Me!
