Saligao debates on 'mega projects' definition issue CALANGUTE, Aug 24: The Saligao gram sabha on Sunday asked its sarpanch to define 'mega projects and differentiate it with 'housing projects'. According to reports, as the panchayat secretary was reading the minutes of the last meeting, gram sabha members interrupted and asked for the copies of the same since it was promised to do so by panchayat secretary.
