Dear Austin, You've done it again without fanfare and fuss. 2009 will go down in the annals of Saligao for the yeomen services you have provided so selflessly for the well being and the greater glory of Saligao and Saligaocars at home and in the Diaspora. I will be visiting Saligao in February and look forward to meeting with you.
