Football practices for kids was launched at the Sonarbhat (Saligao) fields on Dec 15, 2008. Tony Noronha plans to promote Brazilian-style soccer for youngsters, both boys and girls, below 12.
Play commenced at 5.30 pm, with football rules and penalty shootouts. Those who took part were Kevin Figueiredo (12), Anushka Vaz (12), Nathan Silveira (12), Sherwin Pereira (12), Kissan Kambli (12), Sunny Kumar (12), Alister Siqueira (10), Aren D'Mello Noronha (5).
