The program is organised by Goa Civic and Consumer Action Network (GOACAN) in collaboration with the Pateapur Lokacho Ekvott (PLE) and will be attended by volunteers of the various Consumer Forums & Consumer Welfare Clubs, Teachers, Parents and Children. On this occasion GOACAN will also commemorate the International Year of Sanitation (IYS) with the launch of the Campaign for "Total Sanitation and Toilets for all Consumers in Goa".
