Dear Saligaonkars Why do you waste your precious time in trying to define Cantare ? Does it make any difference if there is piano inside and a pianist or just a barrel of drinks ? What those who visit the place require is that the drink is genuine, suitable to the pocket and along with the drink you get eats which are tasty and delicious so that those who visit the place will come again. Once you have one or two large ones what do you know whther there is piano playing or wther the music is coming out else where that sounds like piano ? We go on and on with such a small topic cantare. Lets wish Maurice Britto sucess in his cantare and promise to visit him when ever we are in Saligao. Best of luck. albert
