One must know to identify mushrooms. They contain poisonous substances and if
we eat these type we can even die. Mushrooms are of two types. One grown on
hill sides. Those that are poisonous have black spots on the under side and
have different shapes altogether. These type of mushrooms must be small in size
and button shaped. They are mostly grown on ant hills. The second variety is
reared in homes .You bring the mushroom seeds and grow mushrooms in your homes.
But these do not have proper taste. Xakuti of mushroom is delicious and mouth
watering. It is prepared just like a chicken xakuti. One must know that to
prepare a xakuti the chillies must be the small button type of chillies
commonly called "Mussoricheo mirsango" and it should be ground on a grinding
stone. The paste should be little coarse.
