Yes... a grand total of 5 people managed to attend..... me included and
excluding the 7 panchs sitting on the stage with the secy.
we were shushed up.... the secy just read and read the budget and audit
report... and when i was trying to ask questions i was just given a
hurried reply and the topic was immediately changed. NOONE proposed or
noone seconded and passed the budget. but i'm absolutely certain that in
the minitues of the meeting they will do all that in the book. it was a
*&^*^ sham was what it was last sunday..... no excuse to have just 5
people for a gram sabha!!!!!!
i'm ashamed of people in saligao...... no responsibility whatsoever and
than we complain that we are not doing enough.....
