Thank you Frederick, for agreeing to accompany Fr Nascimento Mascarenhas and me on our tour of Saligao yesterday and also for putting up the pics so quickly. I have been editing Fr Nascimento's essays for Saligao Serenade ( www.saligaoserenade.com) for almost two years now, and it was great to actually see some of the places he's been writing about, as my previous visits to Goa have rarely included an extensive tour of the village, such as happened this time.
Since you have agreed to click a few more pics of the village and have granted us permission to use them on Saligao Serenade, it will help me embellish the site with a graphic dimension that will surely attract a wider audience. We can all look forward to a better and brighter Saligao Serenade in the coming weeks!
