Regarding the studio flat International City - we don't want to sell it but are
more interested in the rental aspect. How much would you say the rental for a
studio flat in International City is in today's market? At the moment we still
have the tenant, so will keep you informed.

Lovely hearing from you. Oh yeah we do our best to keep the Saligao flag flying
high here in Dubai. We are in for a grand celebration this year on the 7th of
May. Great you are celebrating the feast, as I understand UK has a large number
of Saligaokars. Yes it is important to pass on the traditions and values to the
new generation. First hour of our celebration will be for the children and
teenagers. Please pass me the email id of the Saligao Union in Uk or the
secretary or President.
Can surely try to help you out with sale of your studio flat. However, as
you must of heard of the present situation in Dubai even at Int'l City value of
flats have dropped, so also the rentals. Anyway, do let me know what price you
are looking for becoz I do have people interested in buying or renting at int'l
city.

It's nice to hear that the Saligao Spirit is strong in Dubai. When we are in
Dubai again we would very much like to meet some of the Goan Community there.
We are celebrating the Saligao Function this year in UK and are trying to get
the younger generation more involved - trying different ideas.
Also we own a studio flat in Dubai (International City) the Company we bought
it from went into liquidation. They were taking care of the rental part of it.
There is someone living there at the moment but not sure for how long. If you
do know of anyone who is interested in the flat please do let me know and can
you pass the message on or if you have any other ideas or letting companies
please let me know.
