I wish to apply for the following information, under the Right to Information Act (Central Act 22 of 2005): Dates on which the Internet service at the Saligao Exchange, in Goa, was out of order during the past three years for six hours or more, and the reason for the same on each occasion? Dates on which the telephone service at the Saligao Exchange, in Goa, was out of order during the past three years for six hours or more, and the reason for the same on each occasion? Dates of the fires which occurred at the Saligao Exchange during the past three years? Whether responsibility has been fixed for the fires at the Saligao Exchange? What action has been taken in the above case? Damage caused by lightning in the Saligao Exchange during the past three years? Steps taken by the authorities to avoid damage due to lightning at the Saligao Exchange and other exchanges in Goa? Steps taken by the authorities to avoid frequent damage to underground cables due to road-digging at the Saligao Exchange and other exchanges in Goa? Officials currently in charge of the functioning of the Saligao phone exchange together with their phone contact numbers. I am herewith paying the application fee (Rs 10).
