Shri Manoj Deelip Naik r/o Saligao complained that on 20.06.11 at 13.15 hrs., accused driver of water tanker No.GA-01-V-9401 drove the same in a rash and negligent manner, while proceeding from Gaurawada Calangute towards Saligao and when reached near Dukle shop, Naikwada Calangute, knocked his mother Mrs. Jaimini Deelip Naik, aged 47 yrs. r/o Saligao, who was walking by road side causing her injuries due to which she succumbed to the injuries.
