The suggested Alternate Site/Property belonging to Austin Fernandes (Patrao - Saligao Super Market) would be the most Ideal one for the BSNL Tower to be Erected.
It is safely situated hundreds of Meters away from any Human Habitation. I imagine that It would serve both the Viallges of Saligao and Sangolda very well, both villages being situated on the wrong side or the slope of the Hills. Besides it would serve very well the Villages of Guirim, Parra and maybe Nagoa too, all coming under its Horizon. The Site/Property is situated roughly Midway/Midfield between my House in Muddavadi and the Base of the Monte de Guirim Hill, or lets say between Dr. Willys Mansion (an easier Reference) and the Base of the same Hill. And the Site/Property has all the required legal Pre-qualifications. Any chances ? Austin is willing to Let Out his land, or so I gather.
