Thank you, Father. I also recall that Peter has 2 sisters whom I knew well
in school (LCHS) I remember the younger one is Prisca, but the older sister's
name just won't come to me right now. Please convey our condolences to them
too. (They will remember me as Patsy Saldanha. I am one of Edwin Saldanha's
daughters, and I think we are also related to you!?)

Yes! Very sad news indeed. I don't think there are too many people in
Saligao who don't know Peter. He really was a very nice person, and will
undoubtedly be greatly missed in the village. Our deepest sympathies to all
the family, including Fr. Nascimento.

Very Shocking and very Sad news indeed.
The whole of Saligao is going to miss Peter's good face and his very
dedicated Postal Service.
He always impressed me with his dedication inspite of being on the
Temporary Staff of the Postal Dept, for so long.

Our Dear Friend Fr. Nascimento must be shocked and sad too. Our profound
sympathies to him and his famille.

I was actually humming in my mind the Lyrics of the San Joao Song
Remembering all the fun we used to have in our Childhood years in the Village
at this time...

Once In a rare case even got reported to the Police by a lady in the Vaddo
for forcibly jumping into her house well against her. instructions. !! (Though
I wasn't one of the adventurists !!). And in humming I open my Mailbox to read
this tragic news. God No!

May his good Soul rest in Peace.
