Heartfelt condolences on the death of the mother of Dr Stella Mascarenhas (and her family). Dr Stella, as you might know, is based in the UK and ex-Kenya. In 2011, she published her book on international Goan migration. I met Dr Stella and her brother and sister at the Sonarbhat Voltar this evening. Funeral details are being worked out and will be announced shortly, she told me. FN
