Money is not sufficient to those who are addicted to eating outside food very often. Being in Mapuca I see families and families sitting at road side eateries near alankar theatre practically every night. People celebrate the birth of a child in a grand way spending thousands of rupees. Christians celebrate first holy communion, confirmation and then wedding on a very very grand scale and of course each celebration sometimes cost us around 60 thousand min to one lakh that too min. Hence the need for both partners to work. I was a teacher for 30 years and have studied thoroughly the sentiments of children. I had a good raport with my children both boys and girls. I would try to find time for them but it was not possible to give time to each and every one of them. Of my own I had four children. My wife is a LIC agent and had NSO agency too. She worked when children were at ease only but made enough to run a four member family along with aged mother very efficiently. My married daughter has also learnt the same thing. She has just one son and so gave up her lucrative job and now is working from home. Her child is fully secured in her arms and sits on her lap happy to work with the mother.albert Subject: Re: [SALIGAONET] ‘At Home and or Outside: How Safe is my Child?’ - A Seminar. Albert, Reading your email I am compelled to reply to you n your views : In the REAL World .. child rearing n care taking is a privilege not a choice.. .. you seem to 'unconsciousness" to the "Economic need to GO AWAY Leave the child n work N EARN " of women bearing children to : 1. addicts 2. alcoholics 3. gamblers 4. Sex Love addicts 5. Compulsive liars 6. Psychopaths. and many a socially upwardly mobile , highly educated career women belong to this group. you seem to In Denial of the reality of women who Abort... because they have NO Support System to bring the child to life.... "Unconsciousness" or in denial of economic reality of women who bear children to : 1. rapist 2. abductors 3.are hostage or In prison/rehabilitation camps/HIV camps/war camps/ across Africa n other 3rd world war ravaged nations 4. Of maritail Rape n economic depravation that forces mothers to abandon kids to creches n ayahs who as per you romp with BOY friends.. (Sic!) . n work n earn.... You seem to be unconscious in Denial over: 1. how "Dysfunctional Families " of "Dysfunctional Social systems " operate n force young mothers to EARN 2. Dysfunctional social systems where gender discrimination female feoticide , female infanticide are openly practiced like rajasthan haryana afganisthan , pakistan among other places ..... 3. Dysfunctional social systems that reward men who abandon families and punish the women who bring life ....with shame blame and isolation. your perspective to my mind trained with work in a rehabilitation center for 10 years n having grown up as a child to an Emergency anesthetist mother and a Chief medical officer of prisons father is reeking of shoveling the the WHOLE responsibility of child rearing and decision economic & social of child rearing upon the "MORALS " of a mother .. a view propagated by some particular religious group.... Lets be "responsible" & caring" as we develop n disseminate social messages to large groups regarding the WOMEN who bear the children "First" and rest shall fall in line. I urge you to examine and speak n write n taiatr about the role that MEN n powerful people n social systems play in abandoned neglected children!!! Expecting mothers are moving on two wheelers on rough roads or as pillon riders .Pregnant women have completed nine months still they want to work. Once delivery is over they are so eager to join and leave tiny babies in the arms of servants. How many mothers really know what is happening to their kids once they leave for work ? One mother was surprised that her child was given to another woman who took the child for begging for money. There was a case in Goa where the servant gave sleeping pills to the child to enable her to move around with her boy friend. The mother came home at half time and was shocked that her child was fast asleep and unconcious. Your child comes home in the afternoon but are you there to serve him or her food ? Tiatr academy has published a tiatr written by me. Mummy maka tuje vengent dor. I want you to read this book of mine which is in konkani. This tiatr was staged by goan group in london and was highly appreciated. How safe is your child at home ? in school ......your daughter is in love with someone from her school or someone from neighbouring school or someone she does not know. After school she is all the time with her mouth glued to the mobile. The boy is a spoilt brat. he owns a motor bike. both are crazy. they sometimes like to take a ride together and the boy to impress his girlfriend who is in the seventh only drives very fast and at times will stand up and down on the motor bike and leave his hands and all these things happen when you are at work telling your friends that your son is very confident with his bike and he is only in the 8th standard. smart boy ha ha ha and shocking news you get news that your son is missing and does not come home for two days. he has money to stay with his girlfriend in a nice cosy hotel enjoying what ever he can. albert Date: Wed, 23 Jan 2013 16:12:58 +0530 Subject: [SALIGAONET] ‘At Home or Outside: How Safe is my Child?’ - A Seminar.
