Mr.EKNATH ORASKAR is the presently the Sarpanch of our Saligao Village. He has all the Qualities of a young an upcoming Politician. He is a Very Capabale one we have got in a long time. Really.
We must Pray that he be given a chance to serve his full Term. The reason I say this is because of the Dicey Numbers game that exists at the Moment in the Panchayat. Please correct me if I am wrong, anyone.. I am told, and as much as I understand, Eknath has 4 Panch Members belonging to his Group, The Opposition Group has 4, and the last one is a Neutral (Ex Sarpanch Lucas' Man is the Neutral man) Total of 9 Panchas including our Sarpanch. (4+4+1=9) So as we can see Eknath is in the Hot Seat for Now. May he continue to be in this Seat for a long time He has to thank the Neutral Man for his Crucial and Critical support. Offcourse I am sure he enjoys the Full and good Support of our Hon Min of Tourism and Saligao MLA. I have a personal, yet very Legal Issue, about a Local Matter, against one of Eknaths Group Members, Now a Panch. The Matter is now with the Sarpanch and the Secretary and also with the Court of the Directorate of Panchayats. I have left it to be as very personal Matter for now. Myself against the Panch Member only. But this young person in his Group is taking full advantage of the Situation and Driving personal Agendas ahead in own favour forcing Eknath to look the other way. With a simple majority the Panch's Resolutions in the Cabinet Meetings get Passed . Our good old Eknath understands the Art of Politics and Survival at a young age. and he has and knows Documented Facts about us both. Personally, and as a True Sportsman I do not believe in hitting below the Belt. Not even after I have gotten up after being felled to the Ground !!. Eknath, you are on Saligaonet. Kindly Beware of this Panch Member of yours. The Person may be the cause of your Downfall and Disgrace in Politics.
