For the benefit of all netters who may be thinking there is something
wrong with the internet
Goa, India and Asia has been facing a slowdown of internet speeds by
almost 1/3rd over the last 1 week. its due to 2 reasons
1) Spamhaus ddsos attacks -
which has resulted in the internet slwoing down in a big way in the last
few days.
Yesterday it got really bad and today it's not better yet. More info below.

One good reason not to trust cloud OS or services. At least we have our
data with us
with or without internet connectivity.
2) Submarines cables cut, crippling
bandwidth and the DDOS attack nonsense.
