Wish you all the same! - Happy World Environment Day! provided we act accordingly of course! By the way what's the new "Adarsh Card" about? Will this so called Smart Card/"Paper" (with one's photo taken at the "Shop" itself be the final ID Card? at a cost of Rs.100/-?) & why is all this being done at the Gas Cylinder "shop"? & not at the Govt. Level - Panchayat, or other Govt. Body?. Very confusing! I had just registered in January 2013 for Gas at Porvorim (& what a wait it was on that day at Saligao & Porvorim despite the staff at both there being kind & efficient!!!) by transferring the Gas A/c. from Saligao to Porvorim & was given a new booklet. Am I now to be given another new one for which I have to pay Rs.50/-? At least I presume that the procedure followed in Saligao will be followed at other Gas Cylinder "shops"! Not looking forward to my next trip in January 2014. Those of you "in the know" & usually it is M&M - could you please enlighten me? I'm all at sixes & sevens - grrh!
