Plump drumsticks and breasts rubbed with marinade deep down to the bones and panfried to a simmering sizzle, leaving it crackling crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Its an *old Goan recipe*, African in origin called the *Chicken Cafreal.* Dont be fooled by the unattractive ambience (haphazard tables clumped with chairs and dotted with tourists) or the unpretentious presentation when your Cafreal arrives at the table. Be assured it is going to blow your mind. Tender meat falls off the bone at the slightest touch and oozes delicious juices and that famous marinade.
