It is wonderful to see that Saligao Institute is coming back to life...it was sad to see it dying out....it used to be a centre of many activities and lively social get togethers as many of us will remember....thank you and best of luck to Brig. Ian D Costa and his team and well done Aunty Isa !! If I knew beforehand I would have brought in my pebble art made from random pebbles collected on the beach.
