Thanks a lot for taking the trouble of excavating it and more importantly, rekindling the hope you and many of us still have for our village. Keith is already working on a list. Could you please amalgamate the two and post it here? Other Saligaonetters can add to it. At the end of a time frame, we and others, could sit as a group of interested Saligaokars, try and make sense of all the wishes, and order them into a holistic development dream. A Master Plan for Saligao, if you like. We could then sit with Eknath and other interested panchas to decide on its execution. Let us give it our best shot! Warm regards and solidarity. M&M.
