Dear all residing in saligao
Just- The current load of tetra packs will be taken for recycling by the
company on *saturday 28th*. If anyone has any tetra packs left in the
house, do drop them in my garage by 27th evening so that the company can
come and collect a maximum number of tetra packs for recycling.
note: - they need at least 40 kgs for them to organise a pickup of these
packs, and we are fallling short by about 3 kgs :-) so even one tetra
pack will make a difference.
Funnily enough - it takes about 4 months to get this figure of 40 kgs,
even though they are so many who use tetra packs for whatever purpose in
Saligao. lourdes convent school itself uses so many - but so far, I have
been unable to get them to collect, and add to my little collection to
give back for recycling - where these packs land up is anyones guess..
